1. Heard the larned counsel for the
applicant-original accused, Ms.Gajare learned
A.P.P. for the State and Mr.G.R.Agarwal, learned
counsel for Respondent No.2.
2. The applicant is seeking bail in C.R.No.5 of
2003 of Daman Police Station. The said case is
mainly under Section 302 of IPC. This Court had
earlier rejected the application for bail preferred

by the applicant and this Court had directed that
the trial to be completed within certain stipulated
time period. The said time period is extended upto
22nd March, 2006. Looking to this fact, I am not
inclined to grant bail at this stage. Liberty is
granted to the applicant to prefer a fresh
application in case the trial is not concluded by
22nd March, 2006.
