The First Plaintiff has expired. Consent Terms signed
by the Advocate for the Plaintiffs and Plaintiff Nos.2, 3, 4 and 5 and by the First, Second and Third Defendants and their Advocate are taken on record and marked “X”. The Court has been informed that the suit stands abated as against the Fourth and Fifth Defendants since the Fourth Defendant has expired on 25th April 1994 and the Fifth Defendant has expired in 1980. On the request of Counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiffs, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn as against Sixth Defendant. The suit has been settled in terms of the Consent Terms. There shall be a decree in terms of thereof.
