. By consent of the parties, following order
is passed:
1. Both the defendants states that they will
pay to the plaintiffs a sum of Rs.50,000/- in full
and final settlement of the suit claim within a
period of 4 weeks from today.
2. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs
accepts the said offer. If the amount is not paid
within 4 weeks, the same will carry interest @ 18%
from the date of default i.e. after a period of 4
weeks from today. The decree is passed accordingly
against the defendants and in favour of the
plaintiffs. If amount is paid as credited above
decree to mark satisfied. There shall be no order
as to costs.
