On the motion made by the learned counsel for
the petitioners, the petitioner is allowed to
withdraw the petition with liberty to approach
appropriate forum that may be available in law.
2. Mr.Bhate appearing for the respondents in all
fairness and without prejudice to his rights makes a
statement that for two weeks, no coercive action
would be taken for recovery against the petitioners.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed as
withdrawn with no order as to costs. All rival
contentions of the parties are kept open.
