There is no dispute that the admissibility of the
document in question has been kept open for decision at
the final hearing of D.C. no.100 of 2000, in view of the
fact that the document is marked for identification. As a
result, the petitioner would be entitled to submit, at the
final hearing, that the document has been duly proved and
the respondent would be entitled to oppose it. In this
view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner
seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Allowed to
withdraw.
