In this view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to

direct the Corporation to consider the repair plan and related documents of the property bearing No.55/57 at Bibijan Street, Mumbai—400 003, as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by a reasoned order, after affording hearing to the petitioner. To avoid any delay in the matter, we direct the petitioner to appear before the Executive Engineer (Building Proposals) of the respondent-Corporation on 24.10.2005 at 11 a.m.

No further directions are necessary. The petition stands disposed of.
