hence,	he seeks	lib	erty	to	w	ithdraw	t	h	e present	petition.
The	petition is	allo	wed	to	be	with	drawn		with liberty	to
the	petitioner	to	ra	ise	all	conte	ntions		raised in	this
petition	in L.C.		Suit	No.	3622	of	2003		pending in	the

City Civil Court at Bombay. Hearing of the said L.C.

Suit No.3622 of 2003 is expedited.
