Considering the judgment of the Apex Court in Municipal Council, Ahmednagar & Anr. vs. Shah Hyder Beig, 2000 S.C. 671 it will not be possible to interfere with the said Award. 2. The respodnents had earlier filed an affidavit in Writ Petition No.1918 of 2004. The Award is the same and the reliefs sought for also are the same. Considering that this

petition can also be disposed of by passing

the following order:-

(i)	The	petitioners will ap	ply to any	of	the
Competent	Aut	horities as set	out above		within
four	weeks	from today	and if s	uch	an
application		is made the	Competent	A	uthority
to	dispose	of the same	within eight		weeks
