her persuasive skill I am unimpressed by the fact that
the present petition be entertained and the
proceedings in the trial court quashed. It would be
open for the petitioners to raise all contentions
urged in the present petition before the trial court.
The trial court to take the same into consideration
while disposing of the complaint. Since the complaint
is of 1998, hearing is expedited. The trial court to
dispose off the same within a period of six months
from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
2. Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
