. Undisputedly subsequent to Order dated 15th
December, 2004 the Petitioner had lodged his objections
before the Magistrate and the Magistrate is already
seized with the matter and the same has been fixed for
recording the evidence of the Petitioner. Being so, the
Petitioner will have ample opportunity to putforth his

grievance before the Learned Magistrate and the Learned
Magistrate is empowered to look into it. It is too
premature for this Court to interfere in the matter at
this stage in writ Jurisdiction and hence the Petition
is rejected.
