1. On oral motion, learned Advocate appearing for the
petitioner submitted that the petitioner craves leave to
withdraw the present petition in order to enable the
petitioner to approach the concerned Magistrate for
necessary order for release of the amount over and above
the disputed amount which according to the Investigating
Agency is matter in dispute in relation to the
investigation of the accused persons. With the said
liberty, petition is allowed to be withdraw and
accordingly disposed of.
