 . The learned counsel for the petitioners and
 respondent no.1 states that they will not alienate,
 encumber or create any third party right or part
 with possession thereof in respect of immovable
 properties no.1 to 5 as mentioned in schedule ’A’.
 In so far as movable properties are concerned, the
 respective banks i.e. Bank of India, Canara Bank,
 Union Bank and Pen Bank ar directed to deposit the

 amount lying with them in respective bank accounts
 of the deceased, the details of which are given in
 schedule ’A’ in the court within 4 weeks from
 today. Such amount be invested by the Prothonotary
 and Senior Master in Fixed Deposit initially for a
 period of 3 years and renew the same from time to
 time along with accrued interest thereon. N.S.C.
 certificates at Sr.7 will also be encashed and

 deposited in this court within 4 weeks by the
 concerned postal authorities and the same amount

 also will be invested by the Prothonotary and
 Senior Master as directed hereinabove. Petitioners
 accepts the aforesaid order. In view thereof, no
 further order is necessary. Motion disposed of
 accordingly. No order as to costs.
