 . The present Notice of Motion has been taken
 out for an injunction restraining the defendant
 from parting with the sale proceeds of the NRI bond
 which according to the plaintiff is lying with NRE
 a/c No.42303 to another person except the plaintiff
 and the account holder, Mr.Natwarlal Maganlal
 Patel. The said Natwarlal Maganlal Patel is the
 holder of the said bond and according to the
 plaintiff the same are gifted by the said account
 holder to the plaintiff herein. Thus, in that view
