This is an application for
speaking to the Minutes. It is the case

of the applicant that in Order dated 1392004 inadvertently instead of prayer clause (a) it has been mentioned as prayer clause (b) and as such the same deserves to be corrected as (a).
We find considerable force in the submission that inadvertently instead of clause (a) clause (b) has been mentioned. Accordingly Order dated 1392004 shall stand corrected and instead of prayer clause (b), the same shall stand corrected as prayer clause (a).
Application stands disposed of.
