ORAL ORDER
1. The matter is on board for speaking to
minutes. The advocate for the appellants is
present. This is in respect of my order dated
5th April 2005 where yearly instalments were
granted to the appellants to pay the decretal
amount. In the last line of second para of the

operative order it is written as, "the next
instalments on or before 5th May 2006, 5th June,
2006". That should be "5th June 2007.
Therefore, the order stands corrected
accordingly.
