1. The present chamber summons was on board on
8.12.2004 before Devdhar, J. None appeared for the
applicant and thus it was adjourned for two weeks.
Thereafter the matter appeared before me on 10.1.2005
when the advocate for applicant was present and
sought time for two weeks. The matter was again on
board on 24.1.2005. Again the advocate for the
applicant is absent. Thus the matter was kept for
dismissal. Today none appears for the applicant.
The Chamber Summons is dismissed accordingly. There
shall be no orders as to costs.
