legal heirs of the deceased appellant on record.
The respondents’ advocates have no objection.
Therefore, this application is allowed. The
legal representatives of the deceased to be
brought on record within one week. Amended copy
to be served on other side within one week
thereafter. Put up the matter after two weeks.
