 1. So far as the Civil Application No.1405
 of 2005 is concerned, it is for condonation of

 delay of 62 days. This application is opposed by
 the counsel for the respondents on the ground
 that the delay has not been properly explained.
 According to the appellants, the papers were sent
 from one office to another office and, therefore,
 the delay occurred. Looking to the facts and
 circumstances and the explanation given, the
 delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of
 Rs.500/- to the advocate for the respondents.
 Payment of costs is a condition precedent. Costs
 to be paid within two weeks from today.
 Application is disposed of.

 2. So far as Civil Application No.1404 of
 2005 is concerned, it is for stay. Counsel for
 the appellant states that the appellant has
 deposited the entire decretal amount as directed
 by this court. In view of this statement, ad
 interim stay to continue. Appellants to serve
 the copy of the civil application upon the
 respondent.

 3. Put up the appeal for admission after two
 weeks.
