In the order dated 11th April, 2002 the
last two sentences of the order are as follows:
"Appellant No.1 has expired and it has been
stated that Appellant No.2 is the daughter and
sole heir of the First Appellant. In these
circumstances, leave to delete the name of the

First Respondent."
It is ex-facie apparent that the words "First
Respondent" in the last sentence are an inadvertent
error. Reference must be to the First Appellant.
In the circumstances, the last sentence of the
order shall be corrected as follows :
"In these circumstances, leave to delete the
name of the First Appellant."
The name of the First Respondent shall
be reinserted.
The Civil Application is disposed of.
