 2. The learned counsel for the applicant states that

 the applicant is only seeking suspension of sentence

 of imprisonment till rising of the court as imposed
 by the learned Sessions Judge by order dated
 6.8.2005.

 3. The learned A.P.P. has no objection to the said
 prayer being granted. In view of this, the sentence
 of imprisonment till rising of Court as imposed by
 the learned Sessions Judge by order dated 6.8.2005 is
 suspended during the pendency of this appeal.

 separate application for suspension of conviction if
