Vijayalaxmi Murlidharan ... Applicant
versus

Ms. N.S. Nappinai, for the Applicant.

CORAM : A.M.KHANWILKAR,J.
15th April 2005
P.C.:
. Heard Counsel for the parties. As I
indicated my mind, that I was inclined to reject
the application, Counsel for the Applicant prayed
that the Court may not record detailed reasons
which in turn will influence the prayer for
regular bail application to be made by the
Applicant after investigation is complete.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed
:2:
without recording reasons, making it clear that
in the event the Applicant files regular bail
application, that will be considered on its own
merits in accordance with law.
. The learned A.P.P. on instructions of
the concerned police officers who are present in
Court states that charge sheet will be filed at
least against the present Applicant within three
weeks from now even if the other accused are
absconding. That assurance is accepted.
