 2. The Applicant is entitled for anticipatory

 bail on parity with co-accused Akhatar Husen
 Gulabsaheb Shaikh, who was released by order dated
 March 24, 2005 in Criminal Application No.1853 of
 2005.

 3. Accordingly, the Applicant deserves to be

 granted anticipatory bail on the following

 (a) The Applicant is granted anticipatory bail
 in connection with C.R.No.22 of 1999 registered

 with Solapur Taluka Police Station on executing
 personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees

 like amount.

 (b) The Applicant shall report to the
 Investigating Officer once in a week between 10.00

 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. till the filing of the
