P.C. :
1. The defendant is appearing in person
states that he will make payment of Rs.2,00,000/-
within a period of 15 days from today. The
plaintiffs accepts the said proposal in full and
final settlement of all the claims. In view
thereof there shall be decree in favour of the
plaintiff and against the defendants for sum of
Rs.2,00,000/-.

2. If the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- is not
paid within the stipulated time, the said amount
of Rs.2,00,000/- will carry interest at the rate
of 12% p.a. till payment and or realisation.
Suit disposed off accordingly. No order as to
costs.
