2. Learned A.G.P. placed on record copy of the
notification issued by the State Govt. on 21st
October, 2004 under sec.1(3) of M.I.D.C.Act, 1961.
As pe this notification the lands mentioned in the
notification stand deleted from being declared as
"industry" as per earlier notification dated 2nd
June, 1989. It appears that most of the lands
which are set out in Exh.A stand deleted by virtue
of this notification. In so far as the lands which
are still continued to be shown as "industrial
areas" are concerned, the State Govt. shall take
necessary action for acquisition of those lands in
accordance with the provisions of M.I.D.C. Act and
declare the award within a period of 15 months from
today.
