 1. Heard Advocates.

 2. The petitioner society has filed the reply to
 the show cause notice issued by respondent no.1
 Corporation. Respondent no.1 is directed to grant
 personal hearing to the petitioner and decide the
 show cause notice in accordance with law within a
 period of two months from today.

 3. Till the notice is decided and for a period of
 two weeks from the date of communication of the
 final order to the petitioner the Corporation shall

 maintain the status quo in respect of the
 petitioner’ structure.

4. All contentions on merits are left open to the

 parties.

5. Petition is disposed of accordingly.

6. Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this

 order.
