objections petitioner may have, he has alternative remedy of preferring appeal.

Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition with liberty to prefer appeal.
3. In the light of the above, petition dismissed as withdrawn with following directions :
(1) Appeal shall be preferred within two weeks from today.
