The petitioner came to the Court with the sole prayer to
reconstruct the petitioner's shop at 99-A, Masjid Bunder Gaya Building, Mumbai. In the affidavit of Kakasaheb Shidu Maske it is mentioned that the petitioner on his own has re-erected the stall
board and repaired the damaged portion of wall of his shop and/or cupboard stall board and is carrying on his business. In view of this affidavit, no further directions are necessary in this writ petition.
This writ petition being devoid of any merit, is accordingly rejected.
