By consent of parties we direct that the new stalls in the Food
Court shall be allotted by the Monitoring Committee to the persons
in whose names the BMC licences for the existing stalls stand.
The time for depositing the amount and filing an undertaking as directed in paragraph 12(4) of the previous order of this Court is
extended by a period of four weeks from today.

clause (b) of the Notice of Motion.
