. This is Defendants Notice of Motion. At
the time of granting ad interim orders on 10.12.2002
the court directed the Defendants to deposit the
entire decretal amount after deducting the amount
already deposited. The Defendants have so far not
deposited the remaining amount. Hence notice of
motion dismissed.
