the Respondent Nos.4 and 5. There was an ad interim
order dated 27.11.2002. It was mainly between the
plaintiffs and Respondent Nos. 2 to 5. Both the
Counsels agree that the said order should be made
absolute. Counsel for the parties agree that
whatever they have been required to do by the said
order will be fulfilled and complied with within
four weeks from today. Liberty to comply for other
reliefs. Notice of Motion is disposed of.
