.Heard Advocate for the Plaintiff. Perused the
affidavit of service. Defendants are properly served,
they are absent Housing Loan was given to the
Defendants but the Defendants failed to repay the loan
fully. The claim of the Plaintiff is Rs.3,00,000/-.
The Motion is taken out for appointment of the Court
Receiver of the said house or flat for which the loan
was granted. Court Receiver is appointed, who will
take formal possession and appoint Defendants as
agents without security deposit, but minimum royalty
of Rs.6000/- per month, till then injunction to
continues.
Court Receiver to act on the authenticated
copy of this order.
