2. The writ petition is directed against the
order dated 8.10.1999 passed by the School Tribunal
by which the appeal filed by the applicant
challenging his termination has been dismissed on
8.10.1999. The petition has been admitted and is
pending for final disposal since October 2000 and
it was directed to be heard alongwith Writ Petition
No.5556 of 1999. The petitioner states that he is
out of service since the date of his termination

and is sufferring tremendous hardship. Keeping
that in view the office is directed to post writ
petition No.4462 of 2000 and Writ Petition No.5556
of 1999 for final hearing in the third week of
March 2005. Civil application is disposed of.
