Arguments heard. During the arguments Ld. Counsel for the
respondent ED pointed out that the present appeals are not maintainable as properties of appellants are not attached qua the appellants vide impugned order dated 26.06.2018.
Ld. Counsel for the appellants admitted this factual position but stated that in the impugned order some adverse remarks and allegations are mentioned against present appellants and hence they filed the present appeals to clarify the same.
In view of the above rival submissions, the present appeals are hereby disposed of with liberty to appellants to raise their defence in the criminal trials as in absence of any confirmation of attachment qua the property of appellants present appeals are not maintainable.
