The learned counsel for both the parties are present. An application has been filed on 8th July, 2019 with a prayer to take the judgment on 26th September, 2018 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions and Special Judge, Mysuru. The said order of acquittal is in favour of the appellant Shri S. Revanna. The counsel for the Respondent to verify from the prosecuting Authority Karnataka Lokayukta Police, Mysuru as to whether any appeal has been filed against the acquittal order by the next date. The said judgment is taken on record being a public document. The learned counsel for the Respondent submitted that the prosecution complaint has already been filed in the aforesaid matter and the same is pending, therefore, the Respondent is directed to submit report on the present status of the present prosecution complaint.
