Ms. Pallavi Chopra, learned counsel for the appellants is present. Shri Naveen Pahwa, learned senior counsel for the proposed applicant “Indian Commodity Exchange Limited” is present alongwith Shri Mohit D. Ram, learned counsel. Shri Atul Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent is also present. The learned counsels for both the parties i.e. apellants as well as proposed respondent submit that the appeal which was pending before the Securities Appellate Tribunal has been disposed of against which the applicant preferred a Civil Appeal No(s). 9037/2019 before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India wherein the order of status quo , only with regard to that portion of the impugned order which is against the proposed respondent i.e. Indian Commodity Exchange Limited.

During the course of hearing, it is pointed out that the application for impleadment of Indian Commodity Exchange Limited is still pending. It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellants that they have already filed reply to the said applications but the reply from the side of the ED is yet to come. The ED is given four weeks time to file the reply to the impleadment applications with an advance copy to be served on the proposed respondents. Let the same be filed within four weeks.

The appellants are granted liberty to file the copy of the order dated 18.10.2019 passed by Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal in appeal no 96 of 2018, the same is taken on record. The digitally certified copy of the order dated 02.12.2019 passed by the Supreme Court of India is also taken on record.
