It is noticed that in some of the batch matters Mr. Vikas Garg, Advocate has been appearing on behalf of the respondent/ED. The application for placing the appeals before the Division Bench was heard on 16.12.2019 and the following order was passed in this regard:
“Learned counsels for both the parties are present. The application to constitute the Division Bench to hear the instant appeals is heard. Parties have agreed to file short written synopsis on the issue alongwith the relied upon judgments. Let the same be filed within two weeks.
