No. 1580/2019. The petition was withdrawn with a liberty to put all the argument before this Tribunal. Copy of the order of Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana has not been filed. Let the same be filed on the next date. The learned counsel for the appellant is seeking time to file the rejoinder in view of the development taken place post the last date i.e. 27^th November, 2019. Liberty is granted to the appellant to file the rejoinder alongwith necessary application in accordance with law with an advance copy to be served on the other side who may file the reply, if any, within two weeks from the receipt of the copy of this order.
