The present miscellaneous application has been filed under Section 35 of PMLA, 2002 to allow the applicant to provide an equivalent amount as per market value specified in the provisional attachment order, in the form of fixed deposit in lieu of property attached by the respondent mentioned at Sr. No. 453, 454, 455, 456, 457, 458, 460 in the provisional attachment order no. 22/2016.

Upon hearing, issue notice to the Respondent in the aforesaid application with a direction to file the reply to the application within four weeks.
