The learned counsels for both the parties are present. Reply has already been filed since 2018 and the opportunity was given to the appellant to file the rejoinder since 23.08.2018 but the rejoinder has not yet been filed. The appeal is being dragged on the pretext that they are settling the dues with the bank but no proof has been placed in writing except the copy of the letter dated 26.02.2019 which is shown today by the appellant. No concrete steps have been taken by way of depositing the amount with the bank.
In view of above, the appeal cannot be adjourned any more on the aforesaid ground. Parties are allowed to file the written synopsis by the next date.
