The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that the appellants are not regular depositing the rent fixed by full Bench of this Tribunal on 21st October, 2016. The learned counsel for the Appellants submits that, on instruction, that the appellants are seeking three months time to regularize the arrears of rent to be deposited as per directions of this Tribunal, if the same is not deposited within three months the protection given to the appellant on 21st October, 2016 is deemed to have been vacated.
