It is contended by the legal consultant appearing for the respondent that the said order dated 10.07.2018 is under challenged before the Hon’ble High Court and the same is pending.
In the aforesaid circumstances, I fail to understand why the appeal is again posted. No light could be thrown as to why the appeal is posted further. Since the appeal is already been disposed of, it may not be listed again.
