The appeals are kept for physical hearing. None appears for the appellants.

The appellants have sent e-mail on 24.08.2020 requesting this Tribunal to take up the matters after normalcy of COVID-19 is reached. This letter is followed by another letter dated 03.10.2020 received on 05.10.2020 from the appellants for adjournment, inter-alia , on the ground that their counsel is a senior citizen and therefore, it is not possible for him to attend personal hearing due to current pandemic COVID-19 situation and that they do not prefer virtual hearing and that

the matters be may be adjourned to January, 2021 or till such time when COVID19 is settled and that there is no proper operating flights from Kolkata to Delhi and the hotels too have not been opened of and functional fully and that they shall again move the Kolkata High Court for suitable extension of time, if so required. They have sent additional note of submission for consideration, if adjournment is declined. This letter is further followed by another letter dated 06.10.2020 through e-mail wherein the appellants have again prayed for adjournment to sometime in 2021, once the corona is settled. The appellants aforesaid letters dated 03.10.2020 & 06.10.2020 are in response to the notice dated 21.09.2020 issued by the Registry of this Tribunal for physical hearing, which was earlier sought by the appellants. The adjournment letters alongwith additional note of submissions are taken on record.

The Respondent has filed their written submissions on 06.10.2020 the same is taken on record. The Legal Consultants appearing for the Respondent submitted that they have no objection to the adjournment prayer made by the appellants.

After considering the facts stated above and the prayer of the appellants and after hearing the Legal Consultants for the Respondent, the appeals are adjourned to 12^th January, 2021 for physical hearing.
