Considering the aforesaid fact, there is no delay in filing the appeal. Heard both sides. Issue notice. Mr. Nitesh Rana, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and seeks eight weeks time to file the reply. Let the same be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to be served on other side who may file rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.
