It is submitted by the ld. counsel for the appellant that the stay order passed by Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka with respect to Special Case No. 59/2016 arising out of PMLA proceeding has been stayed. It is admitted by the counsel for the appellant that no specific stay has been granted for further proceeding of this appeal and it has been agreed by both sides that the date may be fixed for hearing of this appeal on merit. In fact, on perusal a copy of the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka placed before this Tribunal, it is seen that there is no specific order passed by Hon’ble High Court for staying further proceeding of this appeal. On the last date, the appellant was directed to produce the copy of petitions and all the orders of the Hon’ble High Court before this Tribunal but the same has not been complied. Counsel for the appellant is seeking two weeks time to
