This is with reference to the order dated 17.11.2017 wherein it was contended by the ld. Counsel for the appellant that they have challenged the rejection order of the discharge application in respect of Scheduled Offence and quashing of the prosecution complaint filed under PMLA, 2002. It is confirmed by the appellant that there is no pendency of any writ petition or appeal before the Hon’ble High Court for stay of the proceedings before this Tribunal. In view of the above, since the pleadings are complete, the parties are allowed to file the written synopsis by the next date.
