Three applications are pending for disposal. For restoration of appeal alongwith application for condonation of delay has been filed on behalf of Mr. Amit Soni who was the Director of M/s. Infra House Pvt. Ltd. The appeal was dismissed on 16th August, 2016. Despite of opportunities, the replies to the applications have not been filed. Both the parties have made their submissions in view of the averments made in the applications. The same is allowed subject to the cost of Rs.20,000/- as costs.
Both the parties are allowed to file the written synopsis by the next date.
Cost shall be paid to the “Pay & Account Office, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi”.
