In continuation with the earlier order of 18th January, 2017 the Counsel for the appellant states that Mr. Tarkeshwar Gupta along with the Manager has so far deposited Rs.1,02,22,000/- (Rupees One crore two lakh twenty two thousand) only. The appellant seeks to deposit the remaining amount which is Rs.47,97,800/- (Rupees forty seven lakhs ninety seven thousand and eight hundred) only. One final opportunity is granted to deposit the same within four months otherwise the appeal is likely to be dismissed on the next date of hearing.
