Vide order dated 22.01.2019, the appellant was asked to produce all the orders passed by the Hon’ble High Court with an advance copy to the respondent. The said direction has not yet been complied by the appellant. It is seen from the record that the appeal has been adjourned time to time on the ground that the proceedings have been stayed by the Honb’ble Punjab and Haryana High court at Chandigarh. An Intern is present on behalf of the main counsel for the appellant and he is unable to explain whether stay is still continuing.
However, in the interest of justice, one more opportunity is granted to produce the orders passed by Honb’ble Punjab and Haryana High court at Chandigarh.
