Even on dated 04.05.2017, order was passed by the Full Bench of this Tribunal that “We may clarify that in case no one appears on behalf of the appellant, the appeal is likely to be dismissed”.
It seems that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
In view of the above conduct of the appellant, the appeal is
dismissed for non-prosecution.
