Learned counsel for the respondent submits that identical issues were raised in the bail matters before the Hon’ble High Court in another matter of the appellant which was dismissed. He will produce the copy of the said order passed by the Hon’ble High Court. He is seeking two weeks time to procure and produce that order and also to get the information about challenging the acquittal orders of the accused persons before the Hon’ble High Court.
